Metrea Richardson is a collaborative leader with 18 years of diversified experience in real estate, property management, and business management in high-growth real estate and financial services organizations. In her current role, she works closely with executive leadership to identify opportunities to evolve and grow the company’s multifamily property management brand while leading the operations of the 10 multi-family communities.

In her role, Metrea will assist with acquisitions, as well as improving policy, procedures, implementation of management best practices and other workplace efficiencies including new technology platforms for the company.
