Gina joined Atlantic Realty Group in September of 2020 during the height of COVID-19. Her responsibilities include providing guidance and managing all aspects of Human Resources services, policies, and programs company-wide. Accompanied by a solid business acumen, her comprehensive HR Management training has resulted in her ability to cultivate unyielding, trust-worthy relationships with employees and stakeholders. 

She brings years of increasingly progressive Human Resources experience to Atlantic Realty. Establishing her Human Resources career as a recruiter, she quickly advanced in assuming both Human Resources Manager and Director Roles. Prior to joining Atlantic, Gina spent time working in industries such as education, IT, finance, and manufacturing advising stakeholders on best practices. In her roles, she provided strategic business guidance to leadership while balancing the needs of employees with the goals of the organization.

She is an active member of The Society for Human Resources Management as well as the local HR chapter of Chesapeake Human Resources.
