Rick serves as the Vice President for Atlantic Realty Group. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of 2,000 multi-family apartments and single-family homes as well as the corporate operations of Atlantic Realty Group.

Rick joined Atlantic Realty Group in 2017. Prior to joining Atlantic Realty Group in 2017, Rick served as a Regional Manager for Berkshire Communities for 8 years covering a portfolio of 2,500 units across 5 states in the Northeast and Mid-West. Prior to this Rick was a Regional Property Manager at AIMCO covering over 3,600 conventional and non-conventional, multi-family units in Washington DC, Northern Virginia, and Maryland. Over his 15 years in the industry, Rick has served in various property level, regional level, and corporate level roles.

Rick holds a Certified Occupancy Specialist certification (COS). He is active in the Maryland Multi-House Association (MMHA). Rick graduated from University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC) with a degree in Economics.
